At Be Saha, we’re passionate about crafting creative experiences through food and drink, connecting people of diverse backgrounds. Our mission is to promote Culinary Anthropology, studying food’s cultural significance to foster connection and community. We’re dedicated to creating enriching experiences, strengthening relationships, and making the world more connected and beautiful.
Visiting one of our establishments means joining a community that respects tradition, embraces diversity, and explores gastronomy with purpose. We welcome you to learn about the cultures inspiring our dishes and libations, leaving you hopefully with an inspiration to explore the world.
We are proud to be a supporter of the Slow Food movement. The initiatives undertaken by the Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity encompass over 10,000 small-scale farmers across the globe including some in the San Diego region. The support of this movement is instrumental in backing projects in developing nations, where safeguarding biodiversity extends beyond enhancing the quality of life; it becomes a matter of preserving life itself. Our hospitality group works directly with local farmers, fishermen or any local artisan that work with the same principles. We believe that this is the only way to preserve sustainable food sources and our biodiversity in the long run.
